Search forms send the name, phone number, or address entered to the third-party provider that supplies results. We do not save a separate copy of those searches on our servers. A message sent to us includes only what its sender chooses to provide, and we use it to answer that message.

This is especially true of the sponsored search results on this site, which are provided by a third-party company.

Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Privacy Choices
Rights may vary with residence and the type of data involved. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, provides rights for covered consumer-health data; it is not a general right to erase public records. Because we retain little, a request usually means checking our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Records held by Pierce County or Washington agencies remain under each custodian's control, so correction or removal requests must go there.
